Our 7x9 Young Womens Plaque displays your Young Womans picture (up to 3" x 4 1/4") behind the plexiglass and is secured by 4 Brass screws. The 1 1/4" x 2 3/4" nameplate features her name, Ward, and the date of of the Award. The Large plate is 4 3/8" x 5 5/8"and is engraved with the Young Womens logo, oath, and official church name. I had a YW who earned her THIRD medallion, so I ordered one of these. It was beautiful! By adding a "missionary photo"--the company printed the picture and put it in the plaque for me, so I didn't have to worry about it. My one input is that I would ask the company to check the capitalization and punctuation/spacing in the last paragraph, because it doesn't flow right. I still recommend this product--after all the searching I did, it is absolutely the most beautiful one I found.
