All of our perpetual, and award plaques are sold with namplates attached. To have your namplates engraved, purchase the appropriate number of 'Nameplate Engraving' along with your plaque, and send an email with the purchase order number and the names to be engraved to 'Engraving' using this form.
Or if you have already purchased your plaque, purchase the appropriate number of 'Nameplate Engraving' and send your plates to be engraved, along with the list of names and this purchase order number to:

WHEN SENDING IN YOUR PLATES PLEASE MAKE SURE AND PROTECT THEM FROM SCRATCHING AGAINST EACH OTHER, THE PLATES ARE EASILY SCRATCHED IN SHIPPING.
Please note this is for engraving on a 7/8" x 2 1/2" as shown in the item image. We can engrave on other plates you supply but there are additional charges, we do not match fonts the font used is the font shown in the item image.
